  • Simply spray sucks! The sparyer doesn't even work after the first use! I needed it and it let me down! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

  • Cool. But what about the chemical intake?

  • does it also works on carpets

  • if you can remove the covers from what your dying IDYE is a lot better and cheaper!

  • You can hardly spray anything with these cans before they run out and the Navy blue dye is not Navy blue-It's a light royal blue which is useless. Funny how the video does'nt show how many cans they use, probably about 10 cans which is £100 in the UK!

  • @rouhiamani Hi, so have you used these? Did they not work for you? I'd appreciate your feedback as I am thinking of buying these...many thanks :-)

  • @NoDrama1980 I used the navy blue colour on seats that were navy blue that had faded and they also had some yellow on them. It took one whole can for the spray to show on an area 1 sqaure foot, and it still was faded and the yellow just looked like it had dirt on it. And the cloth is Not soft-it's sort of sticky and stiff. You will need lot's of cans to do anything large like a seat or sofa and at £10 a can it will cost a lot. it seems black is the only one that actually works.

  • no, it will not work on a leather sofa- most leathers are treate to repel water - the paint is water-based

  • What about a leather sofa?

  • What color did you use for that sofa? And also, I checked out the website for simply spray and can you tell me if the burgundy color for the upholstery paint is more of the maroon side or a deep red color?

  • wow that is amazing.... how many cans of paint does it need for that size sofa? and how much are the paints? and also the second time the color came out brighter n richer than the first coat...did u apply a second coat?

  • i think we used 6 cans...we put two coats...

  • 6 small cans or the large ones??

  • @mariaopoka 6 upholstery paint cans which are the 8oz cans (larger)

  • If i have a light-ish blue couch and i want it to be purple should I buy red spray or purple spray?? The couch is made out of polyester faux suede. After I paint it sill it still be soft?

  • i painted my sofa with a brush and emulsion, no problems. H

  • i painted my sofa with a brush and emulsion no problems H

  • Rugs can also be painted.

  • Wow! I have never seen that before!

  • where do you buy this spray paint from?? i need some desperately for me cream sofa, need to change colour as keeps gettn marked so easily with it being cream.thanx

  • I did a small, light gray desk chair with a brown color -Copper - took 2 cans for first coat but its blotchy, needing a second coat BUT I won't do it. It feels horrible - rubbery stiff plasticy. I followed directions. The color is permanent give them credit for that. Right now the chair is draped with fabric, it is so rubbery that I feel like I am sticking to it even though it is totally dry. I did not over load the chair with paint - as I said it didn't totally cover.

  • that's because COPPER is STENCIL SPRAY. it is not supposed to be used to paint a sofa. you have to use the UPHOLSTERY PAINT. The stencil spray is used for stenciling on clothes and feels like silkscreen when dry..... go to the website simplyspray dot com

  • Great ideal. But I wonder if the sofa smells of paint for awhile.

  • no- the paint as no odor, it is non-toxic non flammable- and water-based...not like regular spray paint.

  • Wonder how many of those little cans it took.

  • the cans are 8oz...it'll take quite a few to do a large project like this...it depends on how absorbant your material is

  • is it stiff?

  • No, it is not stiff. If you need to use a lot of paint to cover your material, you might have to scuff it after with a brush to remove excess paint berween fibers - otherwise, it is soft.

  • ooh....is it crunch when you sit on it?

  • Nope!
