I'd vote for the fat tax-- we tax alcohol and tobacco-- both cause heart disease, cancer, etc.

I'd also tax a lot of preservatives and bleaches that they add to foods too often.

We are after all, the fattest nation on the planet.

(btw, I'm overweight, but I lost 70 lbs undergoing chemo and radiation, when I got cancer most likely caused by genetic damage from God-knows-what. I'm 36.)
