ok three things I've just noticed in the past week: 1. shadow the hedgehog's mission cleared theme is a remix of the sonic 1-2 version 2. sonic heroes mission cleared is a remix of S3&K's version 3. the sonic colors/generations 1up jingle is a remix of collecting a chaos emerald from 2,3, and sonic and knuckles

Wouldn't this boss fight be perfect as a Multiplayer Race like in Sonic Adventure... But with way more Modes Maps And hell even characters Like "Espio,Blaze And other fast runners like sonic! People should suggest somthing like that in Forums :)

3 Q's:

1-do you have to defeat this boss by using the purple thing?

2-from your super sonic vids, is there an item that lets you go super from the begining of the level?

3-scince you probably finished the game, in the hacked demo files you could play modern sonic in classic levels and the other way way around, can you do that in the game(HOPEFULLY) or did SEGA drop the idea(HOPEFULLY NOT)?

@naruto85527 1.) the purple orbs are needed to activate each characters special ability for this fight. Shadow attacks with several chaos spears while Sonic needs to the meteors in order to catch up to Shadow and deplete his rings.

2.) there is no item to grant super sonic status at the beginning of the level

3.) That was not actually an Idea SEGA made. That was a hack by forcing classic straight into Moderns (and vice versa)
