I enjoyed the video! Im interested in one segment about social influence via reviews. What if this phenomenon draw some dangerous respond from the ppl that own the restaurants, clubs etc. In some societies, reviews and activities like that can be seen as a direct attack to the business of the owner. It is a good thing, dont get me wrong, but I think in order to be seen as a sign/voice for improving it can lead to situations like that. What is your thought on it? Thank you!
