I understand dude but I have made my choice and I am happy with it. I have had four Harley motorcycles and never had a problem with any of them. I really don't care where a motorcycle is made or assembled. I had never heard of Harley motorcycles before I bought one sense all of my friend road sport bikes and like me are in their twenties. I bought it because I liked it and for no other reason. The whole made in America thing doesn't do anything for me.
I have owned Aprilia, Honda, and Suzuki motorcycles but Harley Davidson motorcycles are my favorite. I currently own a 2011 ultra limited but I plan to get a 2013 street glide next year. Thanks Harley for building such great motorcycles

@Tinyoak2 The only thing that SHOULD sell a product is quality, reliability, and price. Harley excels in neither (with the exception of the paintjob) and their decline of customers is showing this. The market has favored them for some time now but the beauty about the market is that it rapidly changes. A motorcycle should be machined with PRECISION and well balanced and tame, Harleys are sluggish, scenery is more enjoyable when there is less sound coming from the engine.

One good example of a real biker (and there are many) is next time you set off for a rally or just a week long trip somewhere you'd like to go, try just getting on your bike and riding there instead of loading it in a trailer and pulling it to where your going, you'd be surprised how much more of AMERICA you will connect with.

keep in mind most of the negative comments usually come from those who ride those rocket things and they think that's a bike. Those were made for racing and missing everything you pass. @Tinyoak2 The only thing that SHOULD sell a product is quality, reliability, and price. Harley excels in neither (with the exception of the paintjob) and their decline of customers is showing this. The market has favored them for some time now but the beauty about the market is that it rapidly changes. A motorcycle should be machined with PRECISION and well balanced and tame, Harleys are sluggish, scenery is more enjoyable when there is less sound coming from the engine.

One good example of a real biker (and there are many) is next time you set off for a rally or just a week long trip somewhere you'd like to go, try just getting on your bike and riding there instead of loading it in a trailer and pulling it to where your going, you'd be surprised how much more of AMERICA you will connect with.
