  • I notice there was text that rolled across the screen that said that "the chair is against the wall."

  • What does "the chair is against the wall, the chair is against the wall" mean?

  • Cool I'm thinking of picking one up.

  • How long is the battery life and how hard is it to replace?

  • @Pfletch83

The life is prob very long, years even

you change it by taking the slide off, to get access to the battery compartment

  • I bought my daughter one of these today at the gun show,,the sights are really small, almost not there at all.

  • ihave my BG380 for about a year now,flawless......like it lots

  • very quick.

  • There is more than one reason the S&W 380 surpasses the LCP Rugar. Other than it looks better. The Slide locks open on last round, and it can be fired from chambered round without racking the slide to activate the trigger. Obviously the LCp will be activated on chambering, but pull the trigger empty it doesn't do anything. The 380 mag lip is better also. The Laser is a plus, god to many plus things to mention. S&W has life time service also. Looks great too.

  • @surfside006 yeah the slide locks open on the taurus tcp also but it was bad sights like the lcp but the sig p238 and the kahr p380 have better sights as does the diamondback not sure if that one locks open

  • @jsh1284 save up the $ difference. laser or not the BG380 is a better gun than the LCP. I posted why already. search this video's comments for my username to read them.

  • So is the trigger pull crappy?

  • what is that beeping noise?

  • junk

  • Why does the red dot strobe? What use does it have?

  • @teknic111

the idea is it attracts the shooters eye quicker

  • @teknic111 The strobe feature makes the laser easier to acquire in a cluttered environment.

  • @teknic111

also the battery only has 3 hours of life and when on strobe its only on 1/2 the time so the idea is that it gives you twice th battery life

  • Ahhhh Red Dawn niiiice

  • also I have all 3 models of the Barretta 21A's and i target practice with them at 30 to 40 feet and do head shots all the time at that distance,,of course the 22 LR doesnt have the recoil a 380 has and would be more accurate I guess,,,what you think ?

  • I wonder how this gun would compare to my colt mustang 380 series 90,,,buddy that little colt will shoot the eyes out of a bird in flight and never jams,,,,what you think ?

  • Is that Tommy Chong @ 0:27 "You guys reload the .380?"

  • @GTILOUD Holy crap that IS Tommy Chong! LOL

  • @voodazz haha sounds just like him

  • Hey, where is the chair?

  • this or a ruger lcp 380 for my conceal carry which do you recommend ?

  • @tespid419 a .40 cal

  • @GTILOUD what kind of .40 do you carry most of those guns are to big or heavy for me to wan to carry

  • @tespid419 I carry a Glock 23 with iwb or In the waistband holster. I forget its there except sitting in the car then it kinda pushes against your back and is uncomfortable. So while driving i stuff in between my driver seat and center console also more accessible that way.

  • @tespid419 i have fired several rounds though the LCP and I didn't like it at all. It's the most violent feeling gun when shot. The BG380 is everything that the LCP isn't: laser, lock on last shot, safety (if needed), wider and better feeling grip, much better sights. The LCP is a little smaller and will fit in the right rear thigh carpenter jeans pocket and much smoother angles. BG380 stays planted in hand better when fired. to each their own. hands down on the BG380. S&W did a better job.

  • @GunWebsites does this have a DA/SA trigger. whats the trigger pull pounds in both double and single action

  • @sunandmoon111

no, long hard trigger each time = DAO

  • Wolverines!!! Good review & comments. Just ordered one w/o firing it so I appreciate the long trigger pull and reset info. I may re-think the order. Thanks.

  • bought one last week. shot it over the weekend. hate the trigger pull. very hard to shoot consistently. it is best shot with a slow trigger pull, long and hard. Not great for a conceal carry, you want to pull and shoot on target fast.

  • is the trigger similar to the M&P?

  • @baker70romeo

    not IMO ..

  • Any test shooters with normal size hands or some women? Big guys aren't the only ones who shoot guns.

  • @surfer922

no one with small hands ever shot a gun, or ever will shoot a gun..

  • @GunWebsites

I'll have to report you to some female shooting groups and some armed seniors organizations, guaranteed you'll never hear the end of this. LOL

  • @GunWebsites wow, way to insult potential customers, i guess you think everyone that shoots are big beefy knuckle draggers like yourself right?

  • @SleepyFox79

    wow, way to be clueless..

#1 we don't have any customers since we sell nothing..

    #2 you don't understand sarcasm

  • @surfer922 I just got one for my wife. It is a nice lil gun with big gun features! The laser came petty much dialed in and i put 150 rounds through it with no issues. The only thing i don't like about it is the trigger. It is a very long heavy pull. I don't know exactly how much it is but i would say it's probably double of what my Sig is when it's in double action. But my wife likes it and after a couple box's of ammo the trigger was no problem at all. I have medium sized hands and had no prob

  • @surfer922 Are you complaining that the guy who bought it is testing it, cause he's not a woman?

  • The chair .... ha ha ha! RED DAWN!

Thanks for the video and going to HD finally!

  • Dianne Feinstein is a cunt. Bet 6 million Jews in Nazi Germany wished they hadn't handed over their guns. This evil bitch needs to get a clue.

  • use your right hand

  • A carry gun for self defense does not really need a site.

    380 are for close range

Point and shoot as most bad guys happen at close range

Nice small thing to have with you.

  • John has a long mustache.

  • The mustache is long . . . the mustache is long . . . Red Dawn

  • I have the BG380 and shot it yesterday. It fed some 10 year old Federal ball, Aguilla ball, Federal hydrashock, and Magtech jhp with no problems at all. I zeroed the laser within 15 minutes and was shooting nearly in the same hole. The gun is a 380 pocket pistol so yes you'll get a little recoil but nothing compared to the cheaper 380s.

The only problem is my wife has now seen and wants one for her purse. Guess I'll be out another $425!

  • Christ, watching this guy shoot is like watching old people fuck. Think you could be any slower?

  • Can you adjust the laser sight for sighting in?

  • @Castleknight

YUP !!!..it comes with a small 'allen wrench' to adjust it. ...which I happened to leave behind at the range the day I bought it.

    :-(

  • @951pete i tied a nice long yellow zip tie to mine so it's easily seen

  • What was up with that guy?

"Heh, you guys reload tha .380?"

  • Wolverines!!!!!! Good review.

  • LMAO did anyone hear what he was saying about the recoil? The gunfire came in at every keyword and context clue so I'm kinda lost at that part lol.

  • The chair is against the wall?? What the hell is that? :)

  • @ArtisanTony John has a long mustache, John has a long mustache.

  • @GolgothaBlack lol, still don't know :)

  • @ArtisanTony it is from the movie "Red Dawn" it plays over the radio as code to the Americans in the occupied territory

  • recoil doesnt look to be too bad for a small pistol

  • @budmonster420

It's very ergonomic...it does kick and is loud as hell but it is very manageable by design.

This is the finest double action .380 on the market, bar none !!

    I love it.

  • @budmonster420 It's much more manageable than the LCP and since the BG380 has a fuller grip with contours for the fingers, it feels much better in my hand and is easier to keep a hold of when fired. The LCP was too violent feeling in my hand when I was shooting it.

  • ...is this filmed at Pima County Range?

  • @CiDirkona

    yes

  • @GunWebsites any jams on the bodyguard 380 acp

  • @561sage I've never had any shooting problems with my BG380 after at least 600 rounds of winchester. The only problem i've had with mine is the laser window getting a little cloudy on the outside from the soot from firing, but easily wiped clean with my shirt.

  • @fwbrc51 thanks, im thinking about getting one.

  • @561sage if you do, make sure you tether the allen wrench with a long bright colored zip tie so that you have a better chance of not losing it, making it easier to see without even looking for it. even sears doesn't carry allen wrenches that small. you'll need it for laser adjustment and to remove laser assembly to change out the batteries.

  • @fwbrc51 ok thanks.

  • it's got that long double action pull

  • slide got close to that pink flesh!

  • @haarlemmerolie .... wow Im sorry, that really sucks.

  • have it an in build laser sight

  • I just clicked on your yt google ad. How much do you make per click?

  • @novan3

no way to know, some fraction of a cent I assume

    Thanks for the support !!

  • @novan3

I have wanted to try one of those.. haven't found one for the androids .. yet

  • Comment removed

  • Also I thought this was DAO, why are you guys pulling the slide back after dry firing it?

  • @free2game

It is double action, not DAO.. so you are right it would keep working by pulling the trigger..

These guys are just testing the trigger re-set, not the double action trigger, so they need to use the slide instead

  • it would be cool if S&W made a small 9mm this size

  • @free2game nah, this gun already has enough recoil.

  • @fwbrc51

The recoil impulse from a blowback .380 and a recoil operated 9mm is really different.

  • @free2game I don't know about that because i've never actually shot a gun that is chambered in both .380 and 9mm.

  • @haarlemmerolie a lot of ladies think the same thing until they shoot them and find out that small guns are hard on the wrists, hard on the ears, and hard to make effective hits without practice. Sorry to hear about your governments policy to not let its citizens protect themselves.

  • good vid

  • Half pound trigger pull? I'll bet its closer to 10 lbs, Great review

  • @haarlemmerolie only if your lady likes a lot of recoil in her carry gun. In my opinion if you are looking for a gun for a "lady" then you are looking for a low recoil gun that is easy to shoot and oporate, such as a full sized .38 special revolver. If a lady can handle this gun then I would have no doubt that she could handle any gun. Sounds like my kind of woman ;)

  • I liked the PIP for the second shooter.

"It's twelve o'clock, American, another day closer to victory."

  • @lostburro

Me too, we didn't really plan that but it worked out to be a very cool effect .. problem is it requires two people to hold cameras (something we don't always have)

  • @Marine052191

no problems, thanks for the reply

  • @jsh1284 ....the ruger LCP rocks....and the build quality is amazing!

    a great little edc gun.

if only it had dovetail sights like this one. sadly the ruger have the same crappy sights as the kel-tec

  • Comment removed

  • that is a long trigger, i hate that, can you send it back to S&W and have it fixed?

  • @Dmajorproductions

It's not broken, it's a double action trigger, they are long

  • Comment removed

  • @GunWebsites not "fixed", modified.

  • "The chair is agaisnt the wall, The chair is agaisnt the wall"

    LMAO!!

John has a long moustache, John has a long moustache

  • @jsh1284 Good advise about the polimer. I have the Kel-Tec myself, and it is very good afte the break in period (mine is a first generation, but not to much has changed). There are some newer designs out there now that have some nice features the Kel-tec (being older) does not have, so look around a bit. There are a good amount of options these days. Hope you find the right one for you.

  • Thumbs Up and some Money Love my Friend!!

  • john has a long mustache, john has a long mustache

  • WOLVERINES!

  • Seems like a decent pistol. I like how the lazer is built into it in such a way that it does not make it to much larger. Great quote at the end as well. I appritate her honesty. People need to know that it really is their goal to ban ever firearm and have all of use turn them in. It is not crazy to think that, because they admit it. Thanks for the video.

  • @Jesses001 Gotta mention this, it's a pet peeve of mine. It's "laser" not "lazer"

  • @Mrcaffinebean Lol, yes, I do not normaly make that mistake. I must be tired. Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation.

  • @Jesses001 Haha, that's what I though. Because everything else was well written.

  • @jsh1284

Shoot a poly if you can before you buy one, they are quite different than the heavier NAA in the hand

  • @GunWebsites what would you say is the best pocket sized pistol?

  • The chair is against the wall, the chair is against the wall. John has a long mustache? Red Dawn?

  • sounds like that guns is kinda shitty lol

  • ok.
