this is an excellent exercise which i perform. more vids please. i note that you are also taking part in the chek certification programmes. i am a follower of his work to but unfortunately i cant afford the courses. best of luck to you though.

Thank's! Please, don't limit yourself by thinking that you permanently can't afford the courses. You may not have the money right now, but there are always be good opportunities to receive it

to recieve what ? ? ? dont get me wrong, the courses are well worth it but i feel that his courses are out of most peoples reach you know. i just cant spend the money that he asks for yet i want to learn so much from the institute. Maybe in ten years time i will be able to make a start! i know the hlc courses are cheaper but still a lot when you got to pay for accomadation etc. take care.
