How do you post a high definition video? I want to try it :-)

Here's what I found somewhere on YouTube (can't seem to find it again, LOL):

1. Export/save as MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format

2. MP3 audio

3. Video resolution: 480X360 or higher

4. Frame Rate: 24fps or higher

Since my software has other options, here's how I changed my iMovie settings:

1. MPEG-4 Improved

2. Audio Format=AAC-LC (Music) -128kbps

3. Data Rate=256 kbits/sec - Image Size = 1920x 1080 - Frame Rate=30

4. Key Frame = Every 24 frames

Clicking Video Options I selected: Re-sync markers

It seems to have worked! :-)
