  • its not fat in those feet but gelatin and tendons.

  • it's funny how the pig head soup didn't creep them out but chicken feet did :D

  • next time try putting it in the oven with some sauces they become crispy soo deelish !

  • damn that's one delicious dried adobo chicken feet...

  • thats what cowboy style you falks you rock! lovely n romantic wow

  • The skin and fat contain many fat soluble vitamins A,D,E and K.

You can also boil them is a pressure cooker. If you soak them in cold water with 2 Tsp Cider vinegar to leech minerals from the bones. Then add onion, garlic, peppercorns and pressure cook for 40 mins.

Skim off any film, strain off veg. Return liquid and feet to the pan, add seasonal vegetable, lentils for thickness, spices to taste, and pressure cook for 10 mins

Makes delicious nutritious soup. Bones so soft you can chew. Yum.

  • this couple is sooo happy i love the way u do things together it taste even better :D

  • HAHAHHA "winging it"....when you're holding it's foot.

  • I can tell 2 people have found each other

  • Again, what sauces??? Don't you want us to try them? how can we without the whole recipe?

    Please list it.

  • Mmmmmm.... chicken feet! Makes the best stock in the world! Too bad they look like little hands simmering in your pot. ;o)

  • Chicken feet.. *drools* But I absolutely hate frying the chicken feet, it hurts!! D:

  • You don't eat the bones? It sounds like a weird question, but I saw some chicken feet and assumed people ate them whole because there's no meat on them. Why would anyone eat these?! LOL

  • Hehe, I always call chicken feet dinosaur feet. They're the same anatomically, and it's more exciting to think you're eating dino-feet. I like to bake mine with herbs, spices, and maybe a little marinade. Very very tasty!

  • those are the cleanest chicken feet I've ever seen....

  • you got them cut very short...... they're very tasty but i like only soup..

  • its really good in soup

  • Wow....~~~~yummy!!!

  • oh my god!!! Chiken nails

  • you should buy a deep fryer. . you can find them pretty cheap

  • CHICKEN FEET ARE HELLA GOOD

  • Alien hands

  • What Asian sauces did you use when wok-frying them?

  • whats the music at about 4:28 ?

  • @Chinis1613 Robot Koch - "Hard To Find" and the track before that is Law of the Least Effort - "Lobby Call"

  • It is lovely couple. It doesn't matter what 's for dinner, enjoy meal together priceless.

  • dey good im eating some right now

  • If you make a chicken stock with them it is very good if you have arthritis. It's very healthy. I bought them for the first time and plan to make soup. Thanks for showing how to get the talons off.

  • You boil is first to tenderize it, then steam it under accordingly (to something lol, maybe 2 hours med. heat?) with spices and sauces. What comes out is a flavorsome tender chicken feet. Then you become chicken feet monster, cookie monster's cousin.

  • marinate them in soy rice wine garlic and ginger for 2 hours ,deep fry them then throw them in a pressure cooker with the sauce then throw in a bit of corn starch and spring onions ,,nice

  • they look good

    thanks

  • omg i almost fell out of my seat when the grease popped on u. i know i shuddnt laugh but u two are the cutest. love ur vids

  • They don't look tasty but if you have the courage to eat them, you will love it. Don't base your experience on chicken feet eating at a friends house, try them first at a Chinese restaurant done by a chef. Anyone else is questionable.

  • i eat alot of chicken feet. i like to put alot of sauce in it.

  • They taste great!!! I cook them in Adobo

  • i live in north western ohio. where can i buy these?

  • This is not good. I think is sadistic using appliers to pull the nails off? ( very suggestive ) First time in my life that I have seen it done like that. You just chop them off with the cleaver! I have eaten chicken feet all my life. I think if the Chinese chef sees this video, he will say "Oh my God where they did they get the recipe? It takes more than half an hour to soften for sure!

  • chicken feet is good....

  • I LOVE CHICKEN FEET

  • Key utensil needed: splatter screen

  • You guys need to get once of those steel mesh nets that you place on top of the pan so that the splatter is reduced by 90%

  • great video. Keep it up.

  • i miss chicken feet i uset to eat them when ever i when for dim sum in Vancouver

  • Hi,

    tastes like......chickenfeet?

I mean the french eat frog legs, so why not chicken feet, right?

    looks good to me!

    Joe from Germany

  • You're in laredo? I've been thinking about moving down for a few months to learn spanish and check out mexico while I'm going to Athabasca U. Online! Cool! Small world. Is Laredo very wheelchair accessible? I've been worried about spiders and scorpions while I'm down there.

  • If you guys were to make curry, you should add chicken feet to it. yumm

  • that's y u have to left it in water longer than 30 mins, coz it seems to me that chicken is not soft enough :)

  • can u send me the recipe...? i actually only paid 65 cents for mines...thnk u 4 the vid...beautiful couple!

  • its faster to use a pair of sharp scissors to cut off the nails. 2) Frying chicken feet will always cause the oil to splatter. use a cover or some cardboard to cover pot otherwise you will have to spend so much time washing your floors and stove. 3) your chicken feet doesnt look soft enough. They will taste much better if you cook them longer by adding more water or in slow cooker and easier to eat too.

  • It does look pretty barbaric.

  • Cool, I just saw these in a Mexican market earlier today and I was wondering what one would do with them.

  • Try the chicken necks, it has lots of meat on it

  • Kind of just winging it.. ha ha you guys are great, you need your own show.

  • 2 things I even refused to taste: chicken feet and seasnails.

    Yuck.

  • They look wicked! Thanks for the vid!

  • You guys need an oil splatter shield!

The food looks great. I'd eat them with lots of rice on the side.

  • what my mom dose is just boil them well we boil the hole chicken including its liver, gizzard, heart, and the feet and put some potatoes, vegetables and some salt and some seasoning oh and garlic and onions and i think that's it but it tastes really good

    and we are from Mexico.
