Hi Drew

I just like to say I don't care what other people and the media think of the Commonwealth, I think you are a great bank and are doing a great job providing first class banking facilities to the customers, but I would love it if there was less emphasis on the shareholders and more on the customers, without us, you may not have a bank!

I also would like to be able to deposit money directly into Netbank at the branch, which would be more convenient, then transferring it later online.

Hi Drew... it's great that you are continually updating & improving Netbank, but could you perhaps save up some changes, so that maybe Netbank is only down say once a month for a big update, rather than constant small updates every week?
