I'm just wondering, I've been mixing with vinyl for a long time, but I want to add some songs of my own to the mix using control vinyl. Is it possible to hook up 1 turntable with mixxx and use control vinyl, but also maintain the ability to mix other, normal vinyl on that same turntable?

Yes, you can do that as long as you have a mixer with the ability to switch between line/phono (ie almost any DJ mixer)

Now I know why I choose virtual dj and traktor for this. Mixxx is crap in beat mixing

i tried it with my scratch amp and fs2 vinyl's and it don't work.

the pitch is not stable at all.

when I touch the vinyl it's take 3 or 4 seconds to react and it's only take it reverse I tried all the config options and the troubleshooting

i really hoped for it to work 'cause it will solve me a big trouble

but: it's a toy software not close to all the others.

sounds like maybe you have your left and right channels reversed

how you made the connection? through usb connected directly into pc? used an external soundcard? the midi-mapping was already ready in the software? it is very difficult to map the controls of a behringer bcd2000?

I am really interested in doing this work for me too! I do not want to use pirated software for djing ... but money is little!
