i found out how to get them from cydia first you need ibooks and then go to cydia and add this source.... cydia,xsellize.com ... after download them and you will see another safari app but instead of safari it will say the name of the ook open it and you will see the front cover of the book and under it will say open on ibook go on ibook and you got it

No that'd be great and all however I don't have ICY because of some problems and plus I'm on 3.0. But I do believe that you can get the same packages in Cydia as you can in ICY. I just need a source. Thanks anyway for trying and if you do ever find out let me know. Thank you again for all your time ;D

minutes of your time for me, open up ICY Installer and navigate to the Harry Potter package. From there, could you find out the source/repository that is hosting the package.

It doesn't say. :( However just go to sources, then edit, then the plus sign, then click add all and you should have them. :)

I just noticed that too. I think it has to do with the recent updates of "Classics." I'll keep looking into it and let you know.
