@131keepitreal lol.....it's best to drink about 1.8 to 2liters a day! He is drinking more than we should be, so dont follow his act!! Drinking too much can make your kidney unable to cope with getting ruin of excess amount of water which mean the blood can have low content of salt. Serious cases can lead to death!
