@hbachi1 It doesn't guarantee victory. I never said that or implied it. I do think it gave the Patriots an unfair competitive edge over the other teams. The depth of the advantage is debatable, but the stats are there. 3 Super Bowl wins during 7 years of cheating. No Super Bowl wins since they've been caught.
@BostonSports87 Thanks for your completely unbiased opinion "BostonSports." The Patriots taped opposing teams' defensive signals. Cowher said most other teams looked at opposing teams' defensive signals. Taping = Illegal. Looking = Legal. Belichick cheated and he admitted to cheating. If you want to disagree with Belichick, that's your problem.
@OddSqodd only weakminded dumb fucks like you think the Pats SBs are tainted. Every team does what the Pats did, as proven by Bill Cowher, Jimmy Johnson, and other coaches. Not to mention the Pats have the highest winning % post spygate and have lost two SBs post spygate off of a dropped INT and a dropped pass.
Remember kids, when you practice reeeeally hard studying opposing team's defensive signals from at least seven years of illegally taping them, you TOO can win 3 Super Bowls.
@OddSqodd HAHAHA!!! I still can't believe people out there think that actually guarantees victory. If that was the case, the Pats would have won 10 Super Bowls by now. I bet the Giants can testify to that, twice.
this is what tom brady was missing then showed when he scored in the superbowl. the fire in his eye. tom brady has to get super excited again about every completion, every touchdown like he used to and show no one wants it more than him, and he will get to his max again. if he wants to win again, he needs that fire.
@charliepioneer What Brady is missing is a great defense. That is why he has 3 rings, he played on teams with great defenses (held the Rams to 17 points). Brady is what he is, a system QB. He is a good QB but not great. He can get excited all he wants but he was never the driving force of that team, the defense was.
@whyamimrpink78 it takes a great QB to do the things he has done and accomplish what he has done. but your right. no quarter back does well with out a D. but the pats are young on D and can only get better, especially mccourty who played hurt a lot and arrington and moore will be good
STFU haters! Brady is still 1 or 2 more championship/s away from surpassing Joe Montana. Props to the Giants, but on the real, the Pats are still one step away to becoming legends.
Honestly, our defense was really bad. The only reason we were in the superbowl was because of the schedule. Hell, we didn't beat a single team over .500 until we played the ravens in the finals.
@alliswow the Patriots shouldn't have even been there. The Ravens had the win, they gave it back. Don't blame luck, although I admit the giants had their fair share.
@mvalenti14 the giants had their fair share??? they destroyed the the falcons and packers, they had momentum the whole way through. when they actually try they are unstoppable. 2nd super bowl isnt luck.
@GMayer15 2 muffed punts by the 49ers, 2 missed picks from DBs running into each other, a forward progress fumble call late in the 4th that could've gone either way seems pretty lucky to me. Eli Manning had the same QBR as Alex Smith that game. If Williams doesn't miss those 2 punts, that's 10 points off the Giants' score and the Giants lose. The Giants offense didn't make it past mid-field once in the 2nd half or OT EXCEPT on those two missed punts. So yeah, they got pretty lucky.
@DaviddddEO yeah well you could say the same thing about the 49ers im pretty sure they got lucky on a few plays. anyway no game is perfect and the giants won and took a second super bowl within 4 years so theyre obviosly a really good team. Patriots were favored both super bowls im pretty sure too.
@GMayer15 Well I'm not saying the Giants aren't a good teams because obviously they are, but I just think they should've never won that game and never made it into the Super Bowl in the first place based on that game.
@mvalenti14 No Doubt the giants had luck on their side all year, Week 4 victor cruz fumbles but it doesnt get called, week 14 i believe if miles austin catches that pass the gmen lose and were out of the playoffs, and kyle williams in the nfc championship, and the three fumbles in the superbowl.
Giants are a very good team, but think about this.
-In their 2 super bowls vs. the Patriots - they've fumbled 5 times and recovered ALL of them.
- vs. Green Bay, the Packers fumbled 3 times and LOST all of them.
- vs. the 49ers, besides the Kyle Williams fuck-ups that gave the Giants 10 points - Eli throws into double coverage twice and the safety knock out the guy who should have had the pick.
@QBDogKiller It is that way all the time. In the NFL the talent level is so condense that the team that gets the ball to bounce the right way for them usually wins. Little things like that make a big difference. For years it was that way for the patriots.
@mvalenti14 what happens, happens. Fair share? The Giants had WAY more luck in the first Super Bowl against the Pats than the Patriots escaping from the Ravens. It's outrageous to suggest the Patriots didn't belong there.
@mvalenti14 I agree the Patriots shouldn't have been there but they should have won the superbowl. The amount of luck the Giants got in dopey dropped passes was ridiculous.
@ozzytonygeezerbill agreed, im a gmen fan for a while now and it was a hard fought game, came down to the wire , too bad was didnt catch it or else it would of been harder to come back from
@ozzytonygeezerbill The Giants made some stupid penalties themselves. And the pats didn't have any drop passes until the end of the game. The Giants just played better that game because that day they were the better team.
@whyamimrpink78 yeah, the patriots just didn't come out to play. They've done that twice against the Giants in the super bowl now. If they are ever playing each other in the super bowl again I'm not watching it. I can't watch that game three times.
@mvalenti14 that would of put them in overtime anyway, stop being a cry baby losah that was flaccos best game of the season and it still was not enought to beat Tom Brady at his worst frikin game all year. and if your going to bring up the QB stats... Flacco was throwing against the 31st ranked pass defense and Tom was throwing against the 3rd with that said that pass to Torrey Smith when he stepped out of bounds before the TD ya enough said. Boston is the greatest American sports city
@35Dez28 Well Patriots lead the Ravens before the field goal so i dont know about that statement. Patiriots could've have easily beaten Ravens in overtime.
@alliswow Well if the Ravens receiver hangs onto that ball in the end zone, the Ravens win, so they did pretty much give away that game and the Patriots did get pretty lucky. I think any other receiver in that situation, and that game is over and the Ravens win. And even if they don't, and kicker makes that kick, if both teams continue playing like they did in the 2nd half, the Ravens win easily. The Ravens shut down the Patriots in the 2nd half.
Yea people are saying now Eli is better than Tom Brady. Brady is 34. Eli 31. Eli has to go to the Superbowl for the next 3 years to equal Toms 5 Superbowl appearances and has to win 1 of them to just Tie Tom Brady, NOT SURPASS HIM. TIE.
It makes me smile of how many of you say that refs favor brady.. if yall hate him. don't search about him... its so dumb that you'll spend time on someone u hate.. GET A LIFE HATERS!
I remember watching this. It's from the Brady 6. Thanks for having it up. I humbly ask to check out my portrait of Tom Brady. I briefly mention this documentary in it too :).
Y'all can dislike this all you want. The point remains. Amongst greats, coaches and players Brady remains one of the best. How many of you play in the NFL? Yeah that's right. Big fat 0.
@Gonzelicious 1.ya but matt cassel was already good and they didnt even make the playoffs 2. they went 5-11 before brady got there wit bellichick as coach 3. WHAT! decent defense? have you watched the pats this year 4. weak division? who beat them in the playoffs last year. i mean you honestly think the pats would be in the super bowl if some shitty quarterback was in there? HELL NO the only reason their in there is cuz of brady and a few ravens mistakes :)
@999bdawg Notice Matt Cassel is only good when the players around him are good. Notice I said "has almost always had a decent defense" there is a difference...
@Gonzelicious hmm, question for you from one of the nubs.how many superbowls did bill belichic win as head coach with the cleveland browns? ... that be none. tom brady was a junior in high school then, get the point? he has never had a very good running game with one exception in corey dillon. that makes it a lot easier for defenses when they know that a team has no real threat to run the ball.look at the schedule matt cassell had in 08, and look how much better the pats defense was.
@MrMferg240 This really doesn't apply to most of his career. Billy B. is one of the best head coaches of all time, of course he is going to make it work. Alex Smith could make the probowl if he had 10 seconds in the pocket too. No doubt he is a top 5 QB, he's just hugely overrated
@Gonzelicious everyone is more than likely overrated in professional sports if you look at the whole picture.look at eli manning, i believe he was the superbowl mvp in 07.well, if you look at the giants last drive, he practically threw the ball into assante samuels hands and he missed it,if he catches it the game is over, things like that don't show up in the scorecard, but it's the difference from going to mvp or the goat.
50 TD's in a season, 4 MVPS COMBINED WITH SUPERBOWL AND SEASON, 3 RINGS, 5 SUPERBOWL APPEARANCESS, SET ALL KINDS OF RECORDS, MOST WINS IN HISTORY WITH A HEAD COACH..DO I NEED TO GO ON OR ARE YOU TO STUPID TO JUST ADMIT YOUR A FUCKING HATER!!!
@MrMferg240 Which is better...Manning and their amazing offense and amazing D-Line (better than Ravens) or Tom's TE offense and their shit defense? Obviously the Giants.
Was this video made in their undefeated season leading up to the superbowl, too bad the Giants ruined what would have been the best season in history for an NFL team.
Brady is not part of the system, Brady worked his ass off, Joe Montana was part of the system, but Bellichik has also proved he can make a anybody a good quarterback, when Brady was out and Cassel came in the PATS had an even better record that year...., Belichik and Brady make each other better, they will go down as one of the best dynamic qb/coach duos
@sorryimlate2 It looks as though Alex Smith might be, just might be the answer for the 49ers. He isn't as good as Brady and Rodgers, but he could be the x factor for them...
@AK47Rifle100 That argument holds as much weight as the "cheater" bullshit that assholes have been spewing for years. Guess he proved them wrong since .
@gl797 Not bullshit, kid.NFL refs give Brady unfair treatment.Brady can't take a hit.Go to youtube video "Rodney Harrison and Ray Lewis dis Tom Brady".Wake up kid and smell the coffee the NFL is rigged!
I REMEMBER ON ESPN BACK IN 2005 ON ESPN GUYS LIKE DITKA AND MAYOCK SAID "Brady just an average QB that just got lucky enough to land in a great system" DID ANYBODY VIDEO TAPE THAT? IF SO PLEASE UPLOAD THAT
I had no idea Brady was drafted so low. I've now officially decided that whatever system we have for judging quarterbacks before they've played in the NFL, that system is nonsense. We have to conclude that no one can know much of anything about who's going to be a good quarterback.
All right ESPN and NFL network thats enough. i have been dead set on hating brady since he beat the rams in the superbowl, and if you don't stop putting out stuff like this there is no way i could keep hating him.
So much hate for Brady is because whatever ur team is, ur never gonna have a qb like Brady, I that's why everybody hate him, no matter what happen in 2 weeks, he still gonna be one of the best qb of all time, for not say the best..., he have 3 rings and he going for the 4 and he still can play for a least 3 or 4 years, so for me he is the best...
I hate this guy. He is glorified by the media and they shove golden boy down our throats and he would not be this good without the 8 seconds his line gives just about every play and Belichik the mad schemer takes him to another level, in fact they make each other look good, going to go down as one of the best coach qb duos ever but I have to say I respect the hell out of Brady. I would want my son to have the same confidence and passion in whatever he does with his life
If you're talking about Tom Brady then I don't understand how you can not like the person. You have any idea how kind he is to others both inside the NFL & outside? The amount of work he puts into different events. His wife, who is a sexy super model, and Tom Brady get involved in different charities. You really don't know this guy that well if you're saying that. EVEN IF he has his moments when he's an asshole, he's entitled to that. We all do that sometimes.
Unfortunately, he will always have spygate over his head. Even though it probably wouldnt have made a difference, there will always be people who will say he cheated.
you act like HE cheated pretty sure it was his stupid ass coaching staff in the booth. Shut up guy has 3 rings and is about to play in his 5th Super Bowl i know for a fact whatever team your a fan of can't say the something about your current qb. Simple as this montana>brady> everyone else.
@leedaomillz lol, sure he needed to cheat to win. after that silly spygate crap he won 18 straight games and lost the 19th in the last 24 seconds because the defense couldn't hold a 4 point lead.
This men is a legacy, no doubt he is of the best qb in football history and the nfl history, I don't care what happen in the super bowl in 2 weeks, u gonna still the best brady...
@iahud and how many of those QB are still around? only one that I know of and that is Chris Redman. Chad Pennington was probably the only other one in that draft that could be considered somewhat successful. funny how that worked out isn't it?
So the 'Niners passed on Brady in 2000 (played for San Mateo HS) and then on Rodgers in 2005 (played for Cal) despite having them in their backyard???
Great calls.
They could have potentially had: Montana-Young-Garcia-Brady/Rodgers
@wde85 I think the audio didn't sync over well. If you watch the full documentary you will see the goat noises are reference to Giovanni Carmazzi living on a farm.
The problem with the draft is not that they don't see some glimpse of someone that has the intangibles but that they don't care about a quarterback that has the intangibles.
A first-ballot HOF! The fact that so many teams misjudged him in the 2000 NFL Draft reflects the real life in corporate management. You do not tell people that Leaf deserved the 2nd overall spot in the Class of 1998 and Russell earned the top choice from the Raiders a few years ago, while Brady was ranked 199 in 2000 by all professional scouts or Warner was an undrafted Super Bowl MVP. Assessing people's talent is not 100% an exact science, rather a fine art to certain extent.
The most important thing i heard in this video is They didnt understand heart they didnt understand what drives somebody. Meaning that heart can beat out any skill if you have the heart to do whatever you are doing you will overcome skill. Tom brady is living proof Wes Welker is living proof
If you hate the Patriots, fine. Hate Tom Brady, fine. But everyone damn well better respect the man for being an amazing player.

MrMferg240 1 month ago
@MrMferg240 This really doesn't apply to most of his career. Billy B. is one of the best head coaches of all time, of course he is going to make it work. Alex Smith could make the probowl if he had 10 seconds in the pocket too. No doubt he is a top 5 QB, he's just hugely overrated
Gonzelicious 1 month ago
@Gonzelicious everyone is more than likely overrated in professional sports if you look at the whole picture.look at eli manning, i believe he was the superbowl mvp in 07.well, if you look at the giants last drive, he practically threw the ball into assante samuels hands and he missed it,if he catches it the game is over, things like that don't show up in the scorecard, but it's the difference from going to mvp or the goat.
MrMferg240 1 month ago
@Gonzelicious you're overgeneralizing how people praise Brady. Nobody says the Patriots are 100% Brady unless they are a troll or some shit.

@Gonzelicious BEST QB ALL TIME
50 TD's in a season, 4 MVPS COMBINED WITH SUPERBOWL AND SEASON, 3 RINGS, 5 SUPERBOWL APPEARANCESS, SET ALL KINDS OF RECORDS, MOST WINS IN HISTORY WITH A HEAD COACH..DO I NEED TO GO ON OR ARE YOU TO STUPID TO JUST ADMIT YOUR A FUCKING HATER!!!

49ers missed out on Brady and then Rodgers
sorryimlate2 1 month ago
@sorryimlate2 It looks as though Alex Smith might be, just might be the answer for the 49ers. He isn't as good as Brady and Rodgers, but he could be the x factor for them...

Mattu190 1 month ago
I had no idea Brady was drafted so low. I've now officially decided that whatever system we have for judging quarterbacks before they've played in the NFL, that system is nonsense. We have to conclude that no one can know much of anything about who's going to be a good quarterback.
Flobbyoiboyz 1 month ago
All right ESPN and NFL network thats enough. i have been dead set on hating brady since he beat the rams in the superbowl, and if you don't stop putting out stuff like this there is no way i could keep hating him.

Fuck Tom Brady.
tripodprodux 1 month ago
So much hate for Brady is because whatever ur team is, ur never gonna have a qb like Brady, I that's why everybody hate him, no matter what happen in 2 weeks, he still gonna be one of the best qb of all time, for not say the best..., he have 3 rings and he going for the 4 and he still can play for a least 3 or 4 years, so for me he is the best...

mike23456789101112 1 month ago
I hate this guy. He is glorified by the media and they shove golden boy down our throats and he would not be this good without the 8 seconds his line gives just about every play and Belichik the mad schemer takes him to another level, in fact they make each other look good, going to go down as one of the best coach qb duos ever but I have to say I respect the hell out of Brady. I would want my son to have the same confidence and passion in whatever he does with his life

@axlrosea675
We all do that sometimes.

leedaomillz 1 month ago
@leedaomillz lol, sure he needed to cheat to win. after that silly spygate crap he won 18 straight games and lost the 19th in the last 24 seconds because the defense couldn't hold a 4 point lead.

The problem with the draft is not that they don't see some glimpse of someone that has the intangibles but that they don't care about a quarterback that has the intangibles.
stefanski48 1 month ago
A first-ballot HOF! The fact that so many teams misjudged him in the 2000 NFL Draft reflects the real life in corporate management. You do not tell people that Leaf deserved the 2nd overall spot in the Class of 1998 and Russell earned the top choice from the Raiders a few years ago, while Brady was ranked 199 in 2000 by all professional scouts or Warner was an undrafted Super Bowl MVP. Assessing people's talent is not 100% an exact science, rather a fine art to certain extent.
