This should have been Game of the year but peoples were blind because Skyrim was too much hyped and it was made by bethesda which was known for decent and good games.

Human revolution had better story, gameplay, charters and graphics but yet Skyrim took it because peoples were blinded by Skyrim's lenght and arrow in the knee joke.

It's sad that nowadays game doesn't mean anything on videogame business, only name.

Might I say you're comment was one of the most refreshing I've seen involving Skyrim xD It sucked up my sister's attention so I bought this game not too long ago, I think it is SO much better than Skyrim/Bathesda games in general- Which as you put it are decent and good lol which I agree with- but Human Revolution simply had a more engaging story and gameplay, not to mention the voice acting is so much better xD

@Ozku9 i love deus ex: HR but for me it was too linear. Of course there are always like 2 or 3 sidequest in new maps but for me if it was gonna be game of the year they could had more sidequest. I played both but skyrims content is something that we have never seen before.

Skyrim was hyped? How? And if it was, that would be to its detriment, because games that get highly hyped are more prone to dissapoint and anger the "fans." Skyrim won because it had a lot more content. I'm not saying its a better game necessarily, but you can get 100 hours out of a single playthrough of Skyrim, so it shouldn't surprise anyone that Deus Ex had better story and gameplay. Its like comparing a gourmet APPETIZER with a full MEAL at a diner. Which is better? Idk.

Heads up to anyone who hasn't bought it yet - DONT fucking buy it!!! I love this game, but this DLC is a piece of SHIT. It's not tied in with the main game, it's completely separate, takes a shit load of space up and doesn't answer ANYTHING. Such a waste of money. If it was intergrated with the rest of the game, I might not feel the same. I have no idea why they didn't do that.

If people keep justifying developers ripping us off then they will continue to do so. Just look at COD's DLC. Before it was all free. Then gamers said "but look now we get 2 more maps for half price, and if you don't buy it then you're broke". No we are not broke but when you pay full price for a game then a month later they release DLC that they took out of the main game and charge an extra £10 for they really spit in the customers face. It makes you wonder why we support developers.

@Selwof No, apparently the boss fights in this are much better with plenty of ways to go about defeating them. I haven't played it myself as of yet but I'll definitely get it soon. Looks awesome.
