Barrett came in after the contract was signed-- Walker came in after the construction was done. Walker ignored maintenance to that structure & other county buildings-- Barrett didn't terminate the contract after seeing all the problems with OpenSky. I'm not a fan of either 1. Point is I think the ultimate blame should be on the vendors/installers. Politics for ya.

I think Barrett is ineffective at mayor and will be the same as governor. Walker has done a pretty good job trying to manage the mess Tom Ament left the county in. I hope he will do as will with the mess Doyle is leaving our state.

Walker was not aware the structure had potential failings, but Barrett has know Open Sky has had problems, not only in Milwaukee but in other cities it has been tried in.
