This movie was excellent, I saw it when I was much younger. If anyone is wondering, it's called (surprise) Wasabi, and it's about a man finding his daughter in Japan. They speak French and Japanese and, I think Russian too? Anyways, very powerful and moving film.

This scene always makes me die laughing, because I react the same way with wasabi, whereas all my friends and family die at the mere smell of it.

I'm french, and yes it is Wasabi. The guy ask at 0:47. He is such a badass he can eat it raw like it and still be normal. And it's funny you say "i don't understand french talked that fast,but i don't care", because, as you say, we don't even need to understand french, their actings is just so great :)

Hahaha! I saw this movie yesterday! And I must say at the scene, I laughed so much! Incredibly funny the actors! I went right after that scene in youtube to find it! Jean Reno, of course i knew great actor, but Michel Muller I saw first time, extremely well the type: D Really funny! his grimaces after he tried wasabi! LOL And in the whole film they play their roles really good! Respekt!

J'adore ce film, j'ai gouter du wasabi e je comprend Momo. De plus j'ai réaliser mon rêve je reviens du Japon et jai visiter le Kyomitsu-dera, temple où on voit Jean Réno.
