I got rid of my GK 1001 RBII for this and I LOVE it! I've used it at church, the large room at House of Blues here in Dallas, small clubs and outside gigs. I've used it with a 2x10 and a 4x10 both separately and stacked and it has done me proud every single time. Hauling it around is a breeze too! I couldn't believe it was almost 7 pounds.
i got it paired with a gooorgeous basson 8x10 cab and i sound like a million bucks seriously no joke! i upgraded from my old peavey combo 300 to this now.... and bass world evaluated Pros and Cons and this thing got no cons Get it if you want to sound uniqe and at the same time as punchy, edgy, or middi you want AMPEG WATCHOUT!
