Republicans worked on behalf of Blackwater(mercenary group), Halliburton(2nd largest oil infrastructure corporation in the world, formely lead by Dick Cheney), and CACI(torture/interrogation firm) to manufacture consent for a war that has largely been privatized by your tax dollars. The Democrats, although they have many flaws(endemic of the two party system), were the only ones besides Ron Paul who stood against the war profiteering and mismanagement of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars.
