If you have suffered with mental illness and have dealt with it plus also helping others come out the other side, you know when someone needs help. I am not convinced it's him putting on a show for the camera. He has suffered from pretty serious mental health issues in the past (this is documented) and perhaps his way of trying to deal with it is to let it all out in the paranoid way that he does. Its tragic.

What does he think about the carried interest exception? Health care? The extension of unemployment benefits?
