It actually was open after the downpipe, the catback i have it's a stock 03 cobra and it creates a lot of restriction so I wasn't hitting full boost until like 5k rpms. so i just left it open

what exhaust is that?

yeah the v-bands that came with the kit aren't that good, so you can get new v-bands or use a shitload of copper rtv

yes it is a stock motor

Are you making these numbers with a stock motor? I mean besides the turbo kit.
