The lag would have been reduced if you had taken all fleet members off of your overview, leaving only non-fleet or enemy. Also, turn of all brackets.

If you look at the picture of the simple worm and the one at 0:41, this guy has added twin medium beam laser mark 2 and 10 modified missile projectors(correct me if i'm wrong because the vid dosen't show the vessel's complete diagram[this is the best info u can get from this, my apologies]).

@Qwerty48121: My computer specs were good enough to play eve on high details most of the time, and I would disable turret effects when a large fight would start. The lag battles that I was talking about were on the test servers, when the screen would be filled with ships.

For anyone wondering why it lagged so bad at the end. This battle was a CCP Game Developer controlled lag test. Human Fleet vs Human fleet at the end to test how much lag they could cause.

Well you have clones a stuff and you get your inserance money back up

you respawn and your designatet clone bay station with all your stats that you accumulated (if the clone license was high enoug) but without your ship, which basically means you loose all your gear when you die

You respawn as a clone with the default cheap ship.

You basically lose everything you've put into your ship, unless someone can scrap some of the stuff off your corpse and return it to you.

With insurance policies you can recoup what you lose, but when you lose your ship you pay for it.

Would be cool if eve had some kind of.. Assault pods. You fire them at the enemy, and it gets into their hull. Once in, marines or drones come out. You can choose to raid their storage, disable them or disable them in other ways. Only download is is that the pods are slow and can be shot down.

This is the EVE Test Server

All the enemies ARE on my OVERVIEW and are clearly visible, they just arent red because it would take like 9 hours to set every single player as -10. Anything thats not In Fleet is a target.

Every player in the opposing fleet is from a different corp/alliance. So CCP Whisper said "Shoot anything not in our fleet"

It was a designated combat zone for our two fleets only.
