He looks more anorectic wothout all the clothes he was normally wearing to hide in. In his last year he was down to 52 kilos... I guess he never got treatment for his stomach pains, even though he finally got a diagonsis. Poor Kurt. But the music rocks for sure!

not exactly. he had a stomach pain thing im not sure exactly what its called but everytime he had food he said he had a lot of pain in his stomach so he didnt eat often. he said heroin helped his stomach

He wanted to call it "The Coabin disease" (at least the guy had humour). In the end he got the diagnosis; a pinched nerve from his bad back (scoliosis that made the spine curve and the nerve got in the way). I got the same thing and got operated for it. It's really bad, and often more common among thin people for some reason.
