The original arrangement was is the best, much more life than the current one.

Shirley as always in fantastic voice. I can't think of any other sing who had kept such a vocal quality into her 70's, Just a shame she doesn't do much any more, Just saw Liza at the Albert Hall, a fantastic show and a sell out, would love Shirely to do the same. I like on the video how she pulls away from the host who is a bit close, watch how she arches her back, ha! Love you Shirely.

@glenconmc Shirley and the host Alfred Biolek are friends, she was on his shows in german tv very often, i have many photos of them together on several occasions. If you liked Liza at RAH then of course Shirley would blow you away for she has kept her voice much better than Liza.

OMG!!! This is INCREDIBLE!!! I have never seen this particular performance from 1984 before and I'm so GLAD that it's posted!! Shirley Bassey has the best vocals in this world--and she is in total control over that voice and what comes out of it. She got the best vocals in the music business and you will NEVER find another voice like that . . . those voices come once in a blue moon. btw, I love the black dress that SB is wearing . . . . she looks stunning in it!
