the lakers should also find a decent center because bynum's durability is horrible and he bearly reaches 50 games per year
and he had only 1 full season in his injury full 4 year career... and even though he is improving rapidly with his RPG BPG AND PPG stats growing steadily if he wont improve his durability he should be replaced with some 1 more dominant like al jefferson or maybe carlos boozer so that the lakers will still be able to run their regular plays.
also, the scouts should now watch hasheem thabeet because this guy is a force defensively and with a 32 inch vert he is an athlete, but his offence is weak.

Shaq will not make the difference by the time (playoffs) he will be 38 years old.
