I used this simple thing on the Las Vegas police. They accosted me for doing business without a license. I simply asked them "Is this a right to work state?" They said yes. I said "then do not infringe my right to work. They looked at each other. They wrote me a ticket for doing business without a license. The "Assembly" may be one entity and the participants the other parties. A positive vote moves the "Declaration" and binds at least the participants that voted positvely if that contract exists.

Easy way to confirm that the name is a corp/business: get CRA to assign a business number to it or EIN. That can be used as evidence in any court as to what the name is and who directs it, either you are the director or they have to prove who is. It was done for your benefit or someone elses. I am warned by someone close to me that there may be some reservations to wanting to take out a patent on land we hold title to. For example, banks do not like to facilitate money creation (think lend) if a patent is taken out on land. Any thoughts anyone?

That is what common law is all about, if the people around you don't like what your doing your hanged, or these days jailed. Period.
