subscribed and liked.. i really want to learn the tricks.. i can cook good food.. but cooking good food is one thing.. cooking good food WITH STYLE is another ;)
@katasinEX well said. a chef is good as one can please everyone on the table. things that help are not so easy to type, try googling how to become a professional hibachi chef and see anything comes up from my articles that might help. practice a lot and do a lot of shows and never forget "SMILE" "SMILE" and more smile. show is only 10% of the thing. cooking and your style of presentation is about 10%, 30% if how your cook, the rest is how your food tastes. so wearing good cap, dress?
i've stopped doing the hibachi, but there is a wealth of info, just google "How to Become a professional Hibachi Chef Tips Guide please" put everything in google and see what comes up
I love Hibachi food, it is my favorite, but these tricks have nothing to do with cooking Hibachi, and are irrelevant, in trying to achieve the wonderful flavor of Hibachi steak or chicken.
Anyone wants fires ? Some Jumboshrimp tricks, they aren't so hard to do. If someone tells you that you are not a Hibachi chef because you haven't done some tricks, they are just telling you they are superior then you. U can do better than the rest, it's all about nothing but
P R A C T I C E ! P R A C T I C E !
Two hands and two tools, and foods on the grill to play with. A d u m b as* Chef, who calls master but not Smile will turn any party turn off. PUT smile. Get set. Cook Good. Done. Show?
Thanks, boss! I'm training for Hibachi right now. My favorite trick(That I can do) is sweeping the spatula over the grill, then turning that into a spatula spin. It looks great. :D
dumbass its not just about getting the food cooked very quickly, its about entertainment! its a japanese steakhouse, not a japanese fast food... dont be so damn ignorant
Why would I learn tricks from you when my show is 10 times better. You disgrace the art of Japanese cooking and entertainment.
I am a teppanyaki chef and it irritates that me that inexperienced Indonesian, Mexican, and other types of chefs are ruining the reputation of the art of Teppanyaki. Please train under the proper Japanese or Vietnamese master before calling yourself a true hibachi chef. uh. -mcgann61 (teppanyaki master)
it's a big help for a beginners like me,one more thing, maybe you can help me,i want to buy the same spatula&fork that you use, because im using 12inches spatula it's not good enough,is there a shop where i can buy this tools like yours.
i wish i could help you out, a comment from acim would be lovely on where he bought his. You can try google's product search also amazon dot com site. I have noticed that upon buying many cut the part where wood and the real spatula starts. Making a cut shape helps the finger keep there when you are spinning your finger. Also, try to reduce the the sharpness of spatula by rubbing it on a iron or knife sharpeners, etc. hope that's useful.
thanks to acim and thanks to everyone who is watching this video. this video was made for beginners. a lot of people have said, videos like these should be here. but i don't agree with them! Learn something. I enjoyed creating this video with Acim. See the last message; Smile. Smile. Smile... That's the Show!
