@luannhh Connect your iPhone to your computer using the USB cable. Then launch iPhoto. Your iPhone should show up on the left side in the Devices section. Click on the name of your iPhone and then you'll see all its photos on the right. "Import All..." or select some and "Import Selected".

Hi....very helpful....Now, how can I transfer photos from my iphone to my coomputer, since my computer drop down menu does not have that option,?
