The solution seems obvious and simple to me...Start imposing maximun sentences on company owners who hire undocumented workers. As long as there are jobs available (and free medical, schooling, etc.) they will continue to come. If there were no incentive to come...they would stop coming. And if they were unable to find employent and access to social services, those already here would go home. At no cost to the American taxpayer.
