Not long ago, I patented an attractive futon frame that can be assembled by one person in about two minutes by one person without complex instructions, tools, or small parts like nuts and bolts. It can also be converted to a bed far more easily than other futon designs.

I designed it so that it can be manufactured without complicated tooling set-up. I'm selling the patent rights for $5k plus a small royalty.
