I assume it runs a modified Holden "grey motor".
It is great to see an old FX or FJ racing with its original power plant..
A lot of racing FX or FJ Holdens seen in drag racing etc are much modified vehicles re-powered by V-8 motors.
Great to see a real one still going strong!

Very nice burble from the 'ol girl. Used to have a lovely old '51 FX, but not as fast as this one, but I saved her from the scrap heap and restored her from the ground up, and now have a nicely restored FJ.

Its is at the Broadford motorbike complex. Last round of Vic Hill climb series. Old FX won the Champ for Grp N touring car....Go Humpy.!
