Yes, they used some stock footage of Banner changing into the hulk from, "Never give a trucker an Even Break." One of the reasons the show got cancelled was that it was getting too expensive too produce. If it had been an ordinary show, it probly would of gone on another year or two. But nothing with the hulk was ordinary. TG for that. lol

He cant change whenever he feels like it remember the Pilot when he was in the chamber.He hulks out while asleep Did he want that to happen.He knows can be killed instantly before he has a chance to change.The emotional build up has to be just right for him 2 change.Even he doesnt know when he will change next.He could have Hulked Out when he was being chased in the warehouse or when he got slapped.

Emotional buildup. Fear, Pain and Anger causes the change when it reaches a certain point. Being chased or slapped is not gonna trigger it..

Actually it's called a budget..

You see in those days they often used and reused footage to save money..

It is more likely that scene where David does not have a shirt on is from another transformation from a previous episode strung into this episode change to make it longer and look more interesting.. Only someone over looked the fact that it didn't make sense with the scene (shirt no shirt then shirt again) So it becomes an editing continuity blooper slip

That is funny. You can see that in a few episodes because of the camera angles. This episode on season 1 dvd can actually be seen better with the dvd playing on the computer.
