However, I must say there is an error in the title. It is "Garratt" and not "Garrett". These locomotives were built by Beyer-Peacock company of Manchester, and were also referred to as "Beyer-Garratt".

@steamboy51 The road number of this Bengal-Nagpur-Railways Garratt is 38811. You can also look for its pictures on the IRCA gallery.
