You need a japanese PS2, japanese copy of File 2, and you need to set up a KDDI account. For the KDDI account you will need a credit card because there is a monthly fee to play online in japan. It's like a $5-$8 fee.

The administrator of the hospital, he was doing underhanded deals with Umbrella using patients at the Hospital as test subjects, then something happened and his wife became a test subject, she zombified and then died shortly after. He then went insane and eventually found a plant growing in the basement of the hospital and could sense his wife Dorothy inside it, so he believed it to be her reincarnation and started killing dogs, birds, and eventually humans to feed to it. Then this level happens
