  • If anybody is concerned why this is like that, I will explain. Windows and OS X are both bundled with the latest components AT THE TIME they are compiled and shipped off to RTM(release to manufacturing). Snow leopard was released on: August 28, 2009, which means the adobe flash player in the OS X build is probably months old. If you were to install a fresh copy of Windows XP, there is "explore windows xp" demo, you probably didn't know that's running Flash version 5(win xp was made in 2000).

  • When i got my new macbook pro,it was running Snow Leopard and it has Flash 10.

  • It really sucks so much a*se that upgrading to Snow Leopard downgrades Flash >:C And I was hoping to avoid that new Flash hole when I upgraded.

    Why, Apple? WWHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!?!?!?!?

  • It's a feature!

  • 1) 10.0.32.18 was released 10 days before the GM of SL was released.

    2) Adobe's site lists no vulnerabilities for the version that was shipped with SL.
