Hey I have the Flip Mino. I have found that indoors it usually automatically switches to 30fps and outdoors its generally 60fps. Didn't now it until I was comparing some of my videos and was like 'WUH?!' Its not a bad thing, I think its still good but in normal sunlight, even at sunset it captures wonderfully and I have pulled some great still shots out with the included software. definitely a bit choppy before uploading, but much less so. the flip mino hd and creative vado hd have the smoothest video of any hd pocket camcorder, in my experience.
