You can do Ghost Mode (13 Rounds), Knife alot (Which is really hard against Guns. I'd say Ghost Mode is the best. Be a GHOST!

Speaking about gameplay, thats the weakness of every FPS, Including Combat Arms, thats a great game, actually.

I think it should be like SWAT4. You know, when you get shot in the leg you limp, realism. but no, in Combat Arms, it takes up to 7 shots to kill someone with a 5.56mm, and if score only 6, the guy goes like he has never been hit, enough to make possible something absurd like "hooping & spraying". So much for feling like a soldier.

i always play a game for good game-play and the graphics are less important.

combat arms got great graphics but the game-play is not as good as crossfire's game-play.

sometimes in crossfire i snipe a dude perfectly between his eyes but than suddenly you hit nothing :P but maybe thats a lag i dont know but the game-play in general is much better than combat arms.

The online first person shooters that really got good game-play are killzone 2(+good graphics), soldier of fortune 2 and crossfire.
