His athletic ability is crazy, he just doesn't have the type of attitude and confidence yet, that VC had to throw down flashy dunks. DeRozan has all the attributes of a star player except for confidence but if you watch his games over the summer you can see his confidence is a lot higher. I think he has a chance to be a great player

This guy never gets the credit he deserves. He has had the greatest under the radar/underrated career in the history of the NBA. I seriously cannot think of anyone with more highlight reel plays (dunks/threes/plays) than him.
I don't care what anyone says, VC has been spectacular his entire career and if he doesn't make the HOF I'm done watching NBA basketball for good.

I agree that he's got tons of highlight reels and good stats through out the career but sadly he's character does not stay par with his talent. Despite Kobe-like talent, due to his non-existing respect and honesty towards the fans/players/managment - whatever the issue is - he's already on his 4th team and has never been passed 2nd round of playoffs. Big waste of talent in my opinion. That shot he missed during the game 7 vs Philly... if he had hit that... what could hav ebeen.

@reignman1234567 none of the careers of those players are comparable to that of a vince carter...regardless of what any casual fan would think...vc has played atleast 10 seasons (99, 00, 01, 02, 05, 06, 07, 09, 10, 11) in which he barely missed any games and another 3 in which hes fought through injuries and played when he wasnt 100% ...in each season that he was not injured he put up great hof numbers with the exception of 2010 when he was terribly misused and 2011 when he lost all confidence

Tmac led the league in scoring twice and Gilbert had a was just killin everybody, hittin game winners everywhere.Also, you really can't argue that vc fought through anything. Look at Kobe. That's fighting through injuries. He sprained his ankle and came back during the same game vs hornets. if vc had the same sprain he would have taken a month off.
