  • I don't follow baseball, but if these two (who are both gratefully alive) would show up to sing the song like this at the game, well, I'd put on my high-heeled sneakers to enjoy this amazing number. Wow.

  • This is a great one!!

Jerry Lee and Neil Two great talents!!

  • Who could sing this song better than Jerry lee?? He is so gorgeous and hot! Maybe he was 25??

  • Can I trust your info about 1958?

  • Jerry Lee (The Killer) Lewis could sing the PHONE BOOK and make it sound great.

  • Hilarious performance. This video is simply great. 5********

    thanks for sharing. Just awesome.

  • This is great!

For a completely different take - but awesome - check out Anthony Kearns' rendition from the Angels v. Rockies game.

  • I am not a baseball fan, and not a fan of this song untill I heard Jerry Lee`s version

just shows what the man can do with any song, gotta love it !! Rock on Jerry Lee !!

  • Great video !

  • Jerry Lee Lewis will probably make the good husband hall of fame before Neil makes the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Neil is one of my favorite singers, but most Halls of Fame outside of sports are very subjective and only biased insiders vote.

  • In my opinion, SPORTS hall of fame are EXTREMELY biased, as well. Speaking of "Take Me Out to the Ballgame", the Baseball Hall of Fame has been making HORRIBLE selections. ANDRE DAWSON was voted in the other day. And what about MINNIE MINOSO, a TRUE GREAT???? Ignored, for the thousandsth time. What crap.

  • Neil Sedaka is a musical genius.

Fans have a petition on the internet, to get him inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.

Please search on Google by 'SEDAKA PETITION'.

  • This clip really captures the mood of 1965.

  • What the heck is that conductor doing in front of a rock band? :S

  • One of the best Jerry Lee Lewis clips, compared with a good singer as Neil Sedaka :)

  • Har har har at 2:10. Way to destroy a snare drum! The whole concept of a baby grand placed on top of a concert grand is just plain surreal. One almost expects to see a toy piano on top of Sedaka's, being played by Billy Barty. And check out Leon Russell holding his bass like a shotgun at 3:43.

  • FANTASTIC!!!
