He is an eloquent man as well and I'm sure any president (clinton, bush, obama) could do this as well. but you are right, this IS HIS finest moment.

He can't speak without a teleprompter, and even Biden joked about it once when his teleprompter blew over. I give him props for his speech after Bin Laden was killed though.

@realhistory1 ugh.... he wasnt always president nor did he always have a speech writer. He wrote the DNC speech that propelled him on the national stage. He certainly didnt have a speech writer for the beginning of his campaign. He didn't have teleprompters when he ran for US senate or state senate (dude, no one does). Want me to find some articles? Its just a ridiculous notion and it offers no real argument-he's still eloquen-much more than bush was.
