Backpage Auto Poster BP Sender Tutorial Part 1

I tried the free download demo for window 7, it don't launch or open. And I paid for the bp auto poster, but it only works up til the post ad page and wont fill in the data fields or go any further. No customer service. The help tab leads you to a company for hire to post ads for you, seems like a scam. I need solutions or I'm reversing the payment charge. Any help, thanks.

Does using this to post identical ads to multiple cities violate the Backpage terms of service? I'm really interested but I don't want to waste my money on something that will just get my ads removed and my account cancelled. I'd appreciate an answer.
