They played all the great hits from way back in the beginning. And from the start styx was a rock band and thats what styx is now. solo DD is not even close to what styx was. Long Live STYX
you people need to get over DD. You totally overlook the rest of the band's talent. Its like DD was the only person that ever brought anything to the table for STYX. Always the same story: without Dennis styx won't be the same. that is true. the band isn't the same, but it certainly doesn't mean that there is no talent and that the rest of the members are overrated. I saw STYX in Wisconsin Dells for the closing performance of their 2007 tour and the concert was amazing.
@flannelcougar just saw the post...it's true, the band will live on, just because DD isn't there doesn't mean they can't put out the hits. They still do it, with Style and Class. I've seen them with DD and without, doesn't matter, It's the music that counts.

Since he came back from Damn Yankees (ace band, wish they would get back together), they're back on track again (went very dull for a while) - I'm afraid I don't miss Deyoung at all. He had a great voice, but he's no rocker.
STYX: "classic rock my ass"... these guys put out new music that will give any modern/popular band of the day a run for their money.. cause it's "STYX" it's old!! CRAP!

I agree with you about Tommy,but frankly, I hate the new Sound. I seen Styx in 1980. Dennis did rock at that show.
This band is a a terrible imitation of Styx.
