@sontitanzero He never landed with the brakes on. The brakes came on automatically when the main gear touched down. Its called Autobrakes. Real pilots use them to.
i did that i even go close up to the wheel do i have to stop on the first line or second.o by the way my airport scenery is bad so i cant see anything
i have windows 7 sp1, but when i start fsx, fsx sayed: your version of FsX is outdated (RTM), you must have at least SP1 or SP2 installed - aborting FsPassenger - FsPassenger will now exit. But i have SP1!!!!!
@pilot9159 U have to make sure that ur aircraft is properly aligned and at the right position. Make sure the nose of the aircraft is aligned with the yello line.
Yes you can, google the FSPassengersX tutorial or use the help feature in FSX. Also if you know how to add sound packs you can add a specific airlines after landing announcement or their safety video. (For Ex. I fly for US Airways VA, and I have a sound pack for an arrival at all their hubs and focus cities, I just pick which one before each flight, to add realism.
Hope this help. Send me an Inbox if you have questions.
You should really practice flying/landing these aircraft yourself instead of relying on the AP to do it for you. I'm not saying it's easy but it is much more rewarding once you master it. Keep in mind that in the real aircraft we switch the autopilot off whenever visual contact with the runway envrionment is made. Even when flying an approach down to the DA we are limited to 200' with the AP on.
very very very nice video but i wish if you download real environment extreme and let us have a look at locked spot. dont worry, the positives are more than negatives. thanks!!!!!
@odranoel41 oke and in this video this looks like the defailt 737 but are the cockpitvoices also in fs passengers? like approaching minimums, 100, 50, 40 enz
Is there a way for flying IFR ? because in the menu with the choice of passenger, weights etc. is only the destination avaliabe but i only want to fly IFR ist that possible ?
Also remeber to turn the apu on when u make your final turn onto the Gate make it so the cabin doent cut to black in real life. I have forgot many of times in real life and you hear people screem kinda funny but not cool. Other than that good video.
Sorry for the stupid question, but how can you obtain the replay of the landing? I press replay in the menu the appear when you click alt, but the quality of the replay is orrible, and, for example, if I taxi to the gate and retract the flaps, and after that I try to watch the replay, my plane appear in flight but with the flaps retacted! could you help me?
@dman15333 just download sp1 and sp2 from the FSX website. if you already have them and you're still getting those messages, i don't know what's the problem.
@joshuanesbit press Alt and up comes the menu bar. It should be under 'fspassengers' and go down until it says settings. there will be different options you can customize. hope this helps
mate, every time i activate the GPS instead of NAV, the fspassenger suddenly from a full flight goes to an empty aircraft... any idea why? would appreciate the help..
@shafayna27 wow i've never heard of that problem. sorry don't really know how to help but check your keyboard commands and make sure the key you pressed doesn't do something else in fspassengers.

@mfastx Ok, I know what CAT I, II, III (a,b,c) is, but I guess you mix it all up. The different CATs have different DHs but why does the decision height means for you the disengage of the ap? The DH means only the point where you should see the runway, otherwise you should go around. But nothing to do with Autoland or not... Normaly you do a complete Autoland or you fly the most part on your own, this is how real pilots do it. Perhaps you know a lot of theory but the practice is different
@Adrian1901o well all i do is fly simulator, i do not (nor have any desire) to fly real planes. i have learned from lessons that many times the DH is when you disengauge autopilot. i am sure many different pilots do it many different ways. but i can garuntee you that in at least a couple of real life cockpit videos i have seen, they have disengauged the autopilot at 100 or 200 feet, depending on visibility. only a few airports (vienna, san francisco) have autoland capability on the runway.

OMG this was autoland, so it is not really the achievement of a human but of a computer .... the only thing he did was the flare, but also not very difficult because the aircraft is trimmed perfectly.... In reality no pilot would do such a landing because you have to disengage the autopilot much much earlier
@Adrian1901o this was not an autoland. decision height was 100 feet. default fsx planes cannot autoland, it's impossible for them. if you leave the autopilot on in a default fsx plane it just slams you into the ground.
@mfastx Come on, please read the comment correctly... I said that you did the flare (if you don't know what it is, look it up) on your own, and disangaging the autopilot only 100 feet over the ground is for me still autoland... to do such a landing is so easy that everyone could do it and this is the reason why i dont understand the comments. In reality you disengage the autopilot some time after you reached the ILS localizer....
@Adrian1901o well for you it might be autoland, but for everyone else it is not. that is called a CAT II ILS, which is NOT an autoland. an AUTOLAND is when the plane DOES NOT disengauge the autopilot until AFTER it lands. please learn more about aviation before you comment. it is VERY common to fly using ILS in the real world, and it is also very common to not disengauge the autopilot when you are 100-200 feet above the runway. the landing is not the point of this video, fspassengers is.

In reality you disengage the autopilot some time after you reached the ILS localizer....
Adrian1901o 1 year ago
@Adrian1901o well for you it might be autoland, but for everyone else it is not. that is called a CAT II ILS, which is NOT an autoland. an AUTOLAND is when the plane DOES NOT disengauge the autopilot until AFTER it lands. please learn more about aviation before you comment. it is VERY common to fly using ILS in the real world, and it is also very common to not disengauge the autopilot when you are 100-200 feet above the runway. the landing is not the point of this video, fspassengers is.
