It's great to see that Villa-Lobos is so loved in the United States. He's certainly among the greatest composers of the 20th century and of all times.

First, congratulations on tackling this monster solo! The articulation is excellent although some of the measures sounded like they needed to breathe more. After I review my own copy of the cadenza, I'll try to give you the specific measure numbers where I found this to be the case. Also, it looked like a bit of showmanship caused you to unintentionally mute a 12th position E (1st string) harmonic toward the beginning of the piece.

Relax and take time playing this piece and it will be fine.
