the iphone does have street view

when the label shows from the pin at the location theres is a little orange person, this then flips the iphone into street view when you click it and is viewed with the iphone lenghtways. also allows freedom to turn zoom and move just using one finger

@hally109 The video was made in November 18, 2008. At the time, Google Maps did not offer Street View until about November 21st.

I have a G1 as my personal phone & the iPhone on my company's account. I find the iPhone limited - a bit of a toy - with terrible reception & a distinct lack of common features (some will be addressed in FW v3, one hopes). The G1 has poor battery life and a slightly inferior screen (motion blur, for instance), but with trackball & keyboard, I find it much more useful as a tool (exchange support is no issue for me, and something the iPhone only added some time after release).

Android > iPhone.
