Sitting there whining about 6 months of growing a beard? Dude, does that guy have any idea how many people would do anything to be able to grow a beard? I'm thankful for mine, and 6 months is 6 months. After that they can shave again so whats the fuss? This is stupid. The only real part was their lifes struggles, dad in wheelchair, being broke, forget the beard, it was just the mask for the true hardships people deal with, and that is why these men are respectable.

Awesome, I went to the 6 months beard and it was so fullfilling that went I took it, I felt so untrue to myself. All my life I wanted a beard, school, job, responsibilities, all of them made me look at it as something out of my reach, after the experience, I feel that now, I am not true to myself, it is the most akward feeling, I need to grow it again, it gave me something that I can't explain!. I am growing it again!, I got now a week of growing and loving each one of them

I grew a beard myself for last hunting season. It started out as just a silly tradition that I have for each year, but I grew to like it and kept it. You are right, a beard does drastically change the appearance of a man. I had so many people comment on it and actually had two or three guys copy me. I still have the beard, but trimmed it. Spring is close and warmer weather even closer. The documentary sounds brilliant. Not just for the beard, but to show the worries, trials, and tribulations.
