Coal, Iron, lots of Redstone, a little bit of Gld and Diamond here and there, Obsidian in a bunch of places, Lava at the bottom, Water everywhere, and NO ZOMBIES SKELETONS CREEPERS OR SPIDERS. Thats probably the best cave I have ever seen.

Just a quick note on redstone/iron/diamond:

Redstone is not that rare but it is used for wires to make remotely opened doors, trap switches and stuff, diamond only for awesome armor/weapons/tools and iron basically for everything =P. I would rather find a ton of iron than diamond, because you run out of iron when you want to make railways and cool structures so quickly.
