What I love about Jane's Seth Material is the concept that the physical world isn't something degraded and lesser but something to rejoice in and experience, that the there is no division between the soul and body.

Very logical and intuitively makes sense. I think the people who are judging and condemning will not read the books. They need enemies to fill their black-and-white world as the Nazis needed Jews to persecute , then kill. They are not worshippers of a living God as they proclaim, so their minds are closed. They are worshippers of an image of God they have created. In effect, these false Christians are idol worshippers.
Hearing Seth speak through such a frail woman is a bit "scary," but if you read the material, you will find him much like a very intelligent, fun-loving uncle to whom you may ask any question and he provides the exact answer. Even he speaks of what you just said in his books, since Jane herself was unsure at the beginning.
"the mind expantion is scary.." I DO know what u said, I was there and the worst part is the fear of losing individuality(ego cling??!), human fail on the threshold of enlightenment because of the Fear. The fear is delusive yet so real my "scare" that drags me out again..sigh!

Jesus is not an entity, He is the Divine Son of God. He was there before creation. It is not some ascended Master. God is One God in Three Persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The Son became a man Jesus Christ and this was the Unification of God (Divinity) and man. He came for the sole purpose of Redeeming mankind. Enlightenment is a lie of Satan. It does not provide you with divinity. It gives you unity with the Light of Lucifer. That is why Nature is so important in this vision.
'scary' because we have this stereo type of body image; more interesting parts could be brought to our consciousness if dig it deep on how we accept unconditionally the conventional "look", and the concept behind it. Can one first detach from his body identity before himself is regarded as a "human"? it takes alot work to recognize that we are souls or whatever beyond the forms, the whole TEN yard, God.
Forget Seth, find the truth in yourself, by doing what feels right. Follow your heart. We all got an source of true intelligence in ourselfs wich is connected with god or whatever you call it. I agree with ambj219, it freaked me out a bit at first esp. as I was brought up to believe that Satan and his Demons control people (blush!). But once I began reading Seth's material, I was amazed at the wisdom, love and non judging message. This was very refreshing for me being brought up in a 'Christian' house, where most things were viewed as evil, wrong and ungodly. Seth has helped me really understand that 'the truth' really is!

I'm only 18 and OOBE'S are something I've recently learned about. I have yet to induce one, but I've had them spontaneously throughout my life, not knowing what they were. I think these OOBE'S have happend to me so often because of how so close I came to dying when I was younger. Can any one actually induce oobe's or is it really just an act of nature any answers anyone.

The only thing that's unsettling (for me)in Seth's channelled revelations is yet another confirmation of reincarnation. A long way from the original revelations of monotheism. It's saddening to lose this bruised identity of mine and that only my recycled soul would live on.

So true. Check out Mellen - Thomas Benedict. He had a near death experience, and while he was on "the other side" he apparently talked with some spirits who explained the afterlife and such to him and he is now known as the encyclopedia of death. His material has alot of parallels to Seth/Jane's. I doubt that he stole any of the material from them, either.
Parallels of experiences have the resonance of truth just as repeatable results prove a theory. Jane was sceptical, so came to her conclusions in a very logical way. Very refreshing.

I've read the seth material and it has been a very very good start point for me in my researches... It was the first (e-)book I read in american (I'm french) and I've read it very quickly because I needed to read it quickly because of the precious infos in it... I did not know what channeling was before reading this book. I still don't know what channeling really is and I'm not interested by channeling... but this books is really enlightning, at least....

I've read the seth material and it has been a very very good start point for me in my researches...
