What they're talking about @ 8:35 , have experiments been done since this program where the spin on one particle seems to change the spin of the other? Do modern materialists have an explanation for it- or do they just deny it happens?
@ar4216: the current situation is still basically the same. Check out 'Bell's theorem', 'EPR paradox' and 'Aspect experiment' for more information. The paradox comes out of the maths and is confirmed by expt., but implies connection not necessarily communication. However, some versions of quantum mechanics do permit telepathy; see our paper Biological Utilisation of Quantum Nonlocality; also work of Valentini (who seeks to deny these implications but that's another can of worms).
