To keep your hand that steady make sure you have plenty of sugar in your system.
What I do is before I draw digital art is drink a soda.
Also he's just copying a drawing but bravo at the hand copying and patience to make this painting.

once you get into it its really not as hard. just practice and patience will bring you a long way, also remember this is sped up after words, what seems to take five minutes probably took an hour
